We are PASSIONATE about raising training standards for care staff, because training should do more than just meet legislative requirements - it should change lives. At Essential Care we offer a personal and tailored approach to your training needs: we offer various flexible training options which can be adapted to newcomers to care, as well as to existing care workers. Prior to commencing any course you would meet with one of our advisors and together, you would prepare a Personal Development Plan - this would take into account all of your previous work & life experience, current skills, and future skills development.

As a Social Care worker you are more responsible than ever before for your training and development, this includes your mandatory training as well as ensuring that you register to do the NVQ2 in Health and Social Care.

Our courses start with the Introduction to Health and Social Care course, followed by Basic Mandatory Training, NVQ2 [we can assist with placements]: Then we also offer specialists training eg. dementia, mental health etc and ultimately you can progress to NVQ3 and 4. There are no limits to what you can achieve with determination and commitment from you and support from us.
