Privately Funded Care
The client can expect a full needs led assessment to be conducted by a member of our team. A service user care plan will be created which will detail and prioritise your care needs.

Socially Funded and Local Authority Homecare Services
The client care plan will be identified through the social services team and our role will be in the delivery of service within our specified areas of responsibility. We will work with a multi-agency and personalisation approach.

Essential Care can offer floating support services for the following:

•  Mental Health
•  Elders
•  Learning Disability

We provide the essential care and support that enables people with physical or psychological limitations to manage their lives with choice and dignity. Personalisation of care is at the core of our service.
